Garuda Indonesia

National carrier of Indonesia providing both domestic and international scheduled passenger and cargo services to many regional destination in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and long-haul flights to the Middle East, Europe and the United States.

Founded as Indonesian Airways on 28 December 1949 and one day after Indonesia's independence, it was formally incorporated as Garuda Indonesia Airways on 31 March 1950.
