Tribute to Pan Am



Pan American World Airways, commonly known as Pan Am was the principle international airline of United States from the 1930s until its collapse on 4th December 1991. The airline became a major company credited for many innovations that shaped the international airline industries by introducing computerize reservation systems and widespread used of jumbo jets.

The airline was identified by its blue globe logo widely known as "the blue ball" and the used of the word "Clipper" in its aircraft names and call sign. The airline was a cultural icon in the 20th century and the unofficial flag carrier of the United States of America.
