International Airline of Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), providing connections between the capital Yangon and several destination in Southeast Asia. Myanmar Airways International was created in August 1993 as a joint venture Myanmar Airways and Singapore Interests, with the support of Royal Brunei Airlines and began regional flights on 15 August. It was reformed in January 2001 in a new joint venture with Region Air Myanmar (HK) and local Zan Company.
